California Association of Health Plans
Project Description
The California Association of Health Plans (Association) is a trade
association representing the majority of licensed health care service plans in
California. The Association promotes high quality, affordable  health care for
California consumers through legislative advocacy, informational communications,
and collaborative efforts with other health care organizations. Twenty-one million
Californians receive their coverage from the Association members’ health
plans.
Our Role
Modcom has developed various print projects to support the Association, including
their annual report and various conference materials. For each print project
we worked in collaboration with our client to identify their target audience;
develop project expectations; explain the development process; create a production
schedule; and carry out the project. We created three separate graphic design
samples per project, from which our client could choose. For this year’s
annual report, the result was a landscape of Yosemite which is a strong icon
representing our state.
