Farm Bill
Project Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service
(NRCS), is the federal agency that works with private landowners to help
them protect their natural resources and keep  the watersheds healthy. This
year the NRCS received support from the Farm Bill to fund their conservation
programs in the watershed.
Our Role
Modcom worked in collaboration with NRCS to create a logo and brochure for the
California Farm Bill. The hand-illustrated logo was integrated into the cover
of the brochure. Modcom was responsible for all aspects of brochure creation
including writing, editing, illustration and layout. The four-color brochure
illustrates the complete scope of a watershed, from the headwaters in the mountains,
all the way to the crashing waves of the ocean.
